I was really disappointed with our experience at Slice today. My family and I ordered wings to share, a flank steak salad for me, a kids’ pizza for my son, and the Italian sandwich for my husband. The wings and Italian sandwich were both excellent and no complaints there.

Unfortunately, the rest of the meal fell short. The steak on my salad was completely lacking in flavor, tasted very bland, and look unappetizing. Was told it was cooked this morning...

Slice has a few locations. This one is near the Collonade and not far from hwy 280. They have salads and sandwich options as well. Real plus is they have vegan gluten free crust, which we need. *Gluten prep may not be consistent and cross contamination may happen, so if very sensitive, don't trust full compliance.
Service varies depending on server you get and time of day. It's mostly college age staff and some are great, some stand around watching you need...

The name doesn’t do this place justice. Had a wonderful Brown Butter Pasta. They make their own bacon and it shower. Must have dish if you are close by. The bartender, River, said the wings were super good. Look forward to trying that. To boot they had a very good homemade Cheesecake. Give it a shot.
