This Subway is very well managed, and the service is great. The manager and another employee made sure that I had been served as I was waiting on an online order and communicated well that my order would not be much longer. When I received my order, the manager asked if there was anything else they could get for me. Just above and beyond service you don’t see often.

I recently visited the Subway off Columbiana Road, and I have to say, the food and service were excellent! The sandwiches were fresh, flavorful, and made exactly how I wanted. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and efficient, making the whole experience enjoyable. I highly recommend this location for anyone looking for a quick and delicious meal. Will definitely be back!

Stopped for a quick lunch and had to review based on my experience around 2:45pm on Christmas Eve 12/24/24. I don’t know her name but the Caucasian lady with blonde hair working was one of the best interactions in food service and worker I’ve ever experienced! From beginning to end she was one of the most informative, friendly, suggestive, clearly enjoying her job and the customers she stayed going the extra mile and is one the most pleasant workers and subway workers I’ve ever come across. Super positive, attentive, helped every customer in front of me the same way making sure we had everything we wanted the way we wanted and let us know suggestions, what was good with the sandwich, and if we had enough of each ingredient. Above and beyond. This is the first time I haven’t had to adjust or fix up my sandwich as it was carefully done and she made sure to each customers satisfaction. Very pleased and wanted to say that lady deserves a huge raise and at the very least a Christmas bonus!

I love this Subway! It’s the best in the area honestly everyone was kind when I went in for my Togo order and maaan was that sandwich made perfectly!! I usually have trouble with getting a good sandwich when ordering on the app but not them. I honestly will go out of my way to travel to this Subway …and they take coupons!!I got a cold cut combo personalized.This is what I thought I came back because my order was not made the way it was supposed to be tomatoes were warm and bread was stale. Danica had an attitude to remake the order which I was told would be able to be done due to the mishap. I get there and there’s nothing but attitude and rudeness. Like I’m trying to get over on the workers this was just terrible!
