Everything you want from an Ice Cream shop. Wonderful frozen treats, perfect coffee, great service and the cleanest dining are I've ever seen in an Ice Cream parlor. You definitely need to have this place on your radar if you're craving a scoop or a sundae.

Sunshine Creamery is bright, cheerful and happy! Everything about it is joyful, from the employees to the decor to the ice cream flavors...and the ice cream is AMAZING! Our favorite is Brookie Dough Blast, but you can't go wrong!

I adore this shop, the workers, the owners! The shop is always clean. They're typically slammed whenever I choose to go and they move the line rather quickly considering they will also give endless samples if you're one of those people that just can't decide or are interested in sampling a new flavor. There are several different types of ice cream, ice cream sandwiches, ice cream cakes, ice cream nachos, snow cones, hot chocolate, coffee with ice cream, etc. Sunshine creamery appears to get a lot of business from families, parents and kids in the nearby schools so I believe that is reflected in the products they choose to carry. Keep this shop in mind when you have a sweet tooth or when you want to treat yourself or your family. Support this local family owned business.

We had Italian food and needed some cool refreshments so here we go. I had my stand by orange sherbet Laura had coffee, blueberry cheesecake and mint chocolate chip and Bree had pecan pie. The owner and a cashier were there and we couldn't have had better service. Nothing like 2 seventy year old women slobbering on your glass front freezers. Wonderful experience will be back!

It's ok. The service and ambiance are super nice and inviting. Very family friendly. They have large selection of ice cream flavors, but they were just ok to me. They outsourced their ice cream to Hersheys I believe they said, which they taste WAY too sweet to me... which, I know that's odd to say about ice cream, but it tastes like at sweeter than any other ice cream shop around- with too much artificial flavor taste. If they can change their brand of ice cream, I could see them doing better with business in the future.

SUNSHINE, LOLLIPOPS AND RAINBOWS! Attention Birmingham folks, there is a brand new ice cream store. Not sure when it officially opened, but it is so fun colorful and delicious. No one seems to be talking about this spot so I wanted to take the initiative and hook you all onto something new and exciting. Located in Rocky Ridge area of Vestavia Hills, in a small shopping center lies this fun and exciting new shop. From what I gather, this spot used to be called Sno Biz. I am not sure it there was a remodel or it is new owners completely, but I loved my experience here. Staff could use a little bit of work. Especially on the friendliness aspect. When I first came in there was a man on a phone behind the counter as well as a young female, she had to either be 16 or 17 years old. She seemed very cold and distant. Possibly her first job, so I guess I can understand. I had never been before so I was taking it all in and looking at all the flavors. Bus as I was sliding down the bar I noticed she was following me with every step I took. It felt almost like when you are walking into a retail store and the staff follow you around aching to make a sale. But food service is much different then retail. To get her off my back I asked to try a flavor or two, but fell in love with the Dutch Apple Pie ice cream. It was creamy and delicious. There were bits of the crumble in the ice cream as well as an applesauce swirl. I guess I have been out of the ice cream game I didn't realize this could be turned into a flavor, but was so happy to be able to taste it. The Dutch apple pie ice cream is the flavor I decided on getting. In a small cup. It was creamy, and delicious. This shop is very vibrant and has a lot to offer from shakes, ices, fall flavored ice cream flavors and much more. Though I do wish customer service was a bit better, the overall experience was fantastic and I would be happy to come back. Not only do they sell ice cream they also have a merchandise table with slimes, hats, shirts and more. I really liked the idea of selling slime as slime is something that took off our of no where. All of the slime scents were ice cream or fruity scents to match some of the flavors in the shop. I hope you all read this review and go and support sunshine ice cream, it is an a,aging little shop. Hoping it can add some extra dose of sunshine to your everyday life.
