Great service! When we visit: typically dine in. There are lots of seating arrangements and the ways are decorated with different Vestavia items, which makes the interior pretty interesting.

I don’t know if it’s this location or what but the food has went down tremendously. They are overpriced for the mediocre food they offer. My boneless wings were dry and they charge you extra for every little thing. They wouldn’t even let me substitute my fries for the cheese bites. Will not eat Zaxbys again.

IDK How the food or service or atmosphere was at this location, b/c at 8:36pm on a Wednesday night the lobby was locked. There were people inside still eating, but the lobby doors (both sides) were locked. The people inside eating were laughing and we couldn’t go in.
Didn’t go through the drive through, if we’re not invited into the lobby during business hours (the sign clearly stated lobby open until 9:00pm) then why would we even attempt the drive through?

The food is delicious! The Roaches love it! We saw 2 roaches in 10 minutes!!! Super dirty! We killed one!!

Extremely efficient! Quick in and out and amazing quality!Four stars for food because we wanted the buffalo garlic and got mild instead. Still delicious though!

Three people, 2 ordered 4-finger plate the other got a wing's and thing's.. All 3 got between lukewarm and cold fries. Apparently the slice of Texas toast has been downsized to a pathetic piece of white bread, 2 out of 3 received questionable done chicken while the other got the most overly cooked things and the wrong sauced wing's. The chicken fingers are smaller.. we where the only people inside. ?

Supposedly they aren’t open until 9:30 anymore. Went through the line at 9:05, along with other cars and were turned away because the girl said they closed at 9. Very disappointing when your hours online aren’t correct.
