Three people, 2 ordered 4-finger plate the other got a wing's and thing's.. All 3 got between lukewarm and cold fries. Apparently the slice of Texas toast has been downsized to a pathetic piece of white bread, 2 out of 3 received questionable done chicken while the other got the most overly cooked things and the wrong sauced wing's. The chicken fingers are smaller.. we where the only people inside. ?

Best Zaxby's I've been to in years! I've always loved their sauce the best out of all the chicken places but the service and environment of the store was awesome. The manager on duty, I think his name was Luke, was so energetic and knowledgeable! I will definitely be returning.
Friendly service, food was hot and fast. My go to place for lunch. Lobby was clean but empty. Love the grilled chicken dandwich

We ordered food and didn’t realize the order was wrong until we got home. The manager said that she would refund the money. Two days later we went back and we were told that manager was fired and we would have to come back tomorrow. In summary, the manager was rude about it, and said if we didn’t like it, that was too bad, but that was all he was going to do. I was very upset because I felt like I shouldn’t have to make two additional trips for their mistake, we will not be going back to that Zaxby’s ever again
Got the number 1, 3 piece snack..chicken fingers were pretty scrawny although tasted good. Just would like them more bigger. Fries were dry over cooked some what. I started eating here around twice a week. I shouldn't have to ask the worker to choose 3 large fingers for me since all of them should be large, but if I get scrawny ones, I may have to move on to something else to eat. Toilet lid was broken, slides around like a top. Thx for your time.

The chicken smelled like cigarettes! Chicken smelled awful and tasted bad too. Do not come here if you want food. Better off getting something at the Walmart next door

Worst Zaxbys I’ve been to by far. The chicken literally smelled and tasted like cigarette smoke. Definitely avoid this location if possible
