“Shout out to Nicole. Went there for a football game and 16 year anniversary. First time to the area. Our waitress (Nicole) was fantastic. She took the time despite them being busy to give us some good area tips and make sure we were comfortable. Very friendly and took good care of us. Food was great and prices very fair. Live music was an added bonus. Definitely recommend Nicole as well if ya get her.“

“New chef alert! I had the Seafood Alfredo. Outstanding! Wife had a peach cobbler for dessert and raved over it. Burgers were great.
Great service. We were there Labor Weekend and it was slow. Great sitting area outside for dining after sunset. I know this building has been several things over the years but the new chef is doing great things.“

“We have NEVER had a mediocre meal, it’s always EXCELLENT. We are beyond blessed in the area where we reside (Auburn) to have many fine dining establishments, so it’s very competitive. In my opinion, THE WAVERLY LOCAL is always the most consistent and adds a welcome laid back atmosphere. It’s always my first choice if we can get a reservation.“
