This was the WORST EXPERIENCE I’ve ever had there. My room was bug infested. I had to complain twice to get moved. Then the second room the outlet wasn’t working and I couldn’t charge my phone. Hotel manager Jessi didn’t think it was an issue even after 3 different IT Technician said it couldn’t be fixed. It’s really sad that Windcreek can’t give bettter return for FREE PLAY based on your losses put in the machine.Also, atleast a $50 FREE FOOD per visit-a happy fed gambler will stay longer if fed. Aldo, if you play a tournament and you don’t get called-adding some reward for playing said tournament would put a smile on faces.
