“Consistently Great Food & Service — But Hoping for More Inclusive Dining I'm a frequent guest at Fire and have always appreciated the consistently excellent food and warm, attentive service. Our server was amazing as always — knowledgeable, friendly, and on point. However, during a recent visit, we dined with a guest who has Celiac disease, and unfortunately the kitchen's limited flexibility made it difficult to accommodate her dietary needs. She was left with only a basic salad and a plain blackened chicken breast that lacked flavor or variety. In a time when gluten intolerance is increasingly common, I was disappointed to see such a limited and underwhelming effort to offer safe, enjoyable options. For a restaurant of this caliber, I'd really love to see more understanding, training, and creativity around dietary accommodations. It would make a big difference for guests who want to enjoy the full experience without compromising their health. Still love Fire — just hoping the team evolves to be more inclusive for all diners.“
