Great people, good food, the catfish was awesome and the coleslaw was delicious. The lady that waited on us was so sweet.

It's home cooking away from home, very good food and service 😋 👌.

What a fabulous little hidden gem in Santuck. We went to this establishment to celebrate my wonderful friend Michelle mun̈oz's birthday. Our server Jessica was fantastic. The food was amazing. I got the Seafood Platter and it was so good and plentiful. The catfish was fresh and delicious. I cannot wait to return again.

Loved everything about Truman's! Will be a regular from now on.

The best Cole slaw and fried osters and fish around would absolutely rate the food a 20 out of ten would absolutely recommend them.

My wife and I ate there for the first time and amazing is an understatement! Everyone was so nice and made us feel so special and welcome! We will DEFINITELY be back! Thank you Truman’s for a great experience and awesome food!

First visit and definitely will not be our last. They welcomed us in just like family.
The food and service was great and at a very fair price.
Catfish, Crab claws, Oysters, Hushpuppies were excellent as well as fried potatoes and onion rings.
The pickles and onions were a nice treat also.
We will be going back next time we are in the area.

They have amazing food! We love the atmosphere and Byron always keeps us laughing. It feels like having dinner with family. You can’t beat the food or the prices! Give them a try!

We are there this evening! Driving by you wouldn’t even think it to be a restaurant if you don’t see the probably 40 year old portable Marquee sign out front. Definitely a place to stop if you are ever traveling through the area. Food is all homemade, I had a seafood platter and my wife had the whole catfish platter. Everything was good as it could get, I cleared my plate and my wife had to get a doggie bag, she could finish everything as is how it normally goes with her. It ran us around $55 tip included. The owner not sure if his name is Truman or not but said he had owned the place for ten years. He came out to check on us several times as well as the cook. Very rural area this is located at. Paper plates and red solo cups are how you are served. I would give it a rating of 8 of 10. The only down side is they only open in the evening three days a week. But if it ain’t broke don’t fix it.

The batter everything was fried in was disgusting. The catfish had no flavor at all. Not with the price at all!
