“The staff was very nice but unfortunately our order did not arrive as ordered. I ordered Tom Ka and was served Tom Yum but assured it was Tom Ka, it was definitely not but the Tom Yum was very good. We also ordered Pineapple Curry and were served Pineapple Fried Rice. Lastly I do not recommend the Spicy Basil it was disappointing. I may give them one more try but if I’m served Tom Yum I’m going to leave.”

“Pizza is hot and fresh as always. Plenty of meat on the pizza ( The Bronx ) that is their equivalent of the meat lovers. Again the price is just a touch high and service takes just a bit of time. On a positive note it is hot and fresh and accurate. The staff is friendly as usual. Drinks were refilled and kept topped off regularly. The waitress was attentive to our needs and requests. Would I recommend it absolutely would I go back Yes. If they could do one thing to improve that place was simply be drop the price by 2 to $3...

Parking: Plentiful and a lot of pull through spaces

Wheelchair accessibility: In all honesty that needs some work. There needs to be a low spot in the sidewalk so that wheelchairs could easily access the walkway to enter the businesses. The curb is kind of high even for walking people.”

“My first time here and let me start by saying the staff are amazing. Katelyn, Ally and Aubrey were all so kind. Immediately we were greeted and shown the process and informed of everything they had to offer. They answered all of our questions so patiently. The salad was crisp and all fresh ingredients even at 6:30 at night. They were not far from closing yet were steady checking to make sure things were stocked for customers coming in. The soup is a must try! The pepper jack crawfish was delicious! I definitely plan to make this a weekly stop! The atmosphere, cleanliness, food, employees… all are just wonderful! I made a mobile order today around 12 noon. When I pulled into Curbside #30, the mobile app told me that there was an "error" with my order. So I made another mobile order, waited for it, received it, and left. After I reached my workplace, I received email receipts.

Apparently, the original order that was considered "error" did, in fact, go through and I was charged for it. Apparently, it was placed inside in the Pickup area.

I went back to Chick-fil-A and explained everything to Ms. Buchanan and explained to her what had went wrong. She gave me the option of a refund OR the food. I opted for the food because I would just give that to my Dad.

“Shift lead did an excellent job over the weekend. Managers were not available. Another store had sanitory issues from a male employee making drinks. Drinks were re-made here, done correctly and clean up to 100% food standards. Great customer service. Excellent drink preparation. Taste great!”

“I have ordered delivery several times. There is always a problem paying with their digital service. I tell my card number. It's always, "I didn't get that". Then I put the number in from my keypad. Same thing. 3 times each call I go through this. That's it for me.”

“I went to the Subway in the festival center on Airport Blvd. The service is always great. The employees are always friendly and they are the fastest I've ever seen! My food is always great. I pass SEVERAL other Subways to go to this specific location. I was talking to someone in line and he said he lives across the bay but he comes to this one several times a week. After visiting this establishment, I can see why. 5 Stars to this one! Props to the managers and employees for being so great!

Vegetarian options: They offer a veggie sub and veggies salads made with fresh, crispy veggies.

Dietary restrictions: They're very informative about nutritional questions but on the off chance that they don't know the answer to a dietary question, they have an updated nutritional chart by their register.

Kid-friendliness: My kids, nieces and nephews love it here! The staff talks to them and makes them feel important and they seem to care about what they want and their choices.

Wheelchair accessibility: They have tables that are wheelchair accessible and their restrooms are also wheelchair accessible. I saw an employee stop what she was doing to hold the door for someone in a wheelchair that was coming into the restaurant. They're very helpful.”

Why on Sunday can just one of the 5 TVs in the store have the Saints Game on ?
Does the owner not like the thousands of folks from New Orleans that now live in Mobile ?
When I have asked that just ONE of the TV's be out on the saints game I've been told the staff is not allowed to change the channel.
Can the person who does have the authority consider the demographics of the store customers ?
The Washington game was on today and I don't think anyone in this part of the country cares . The other TVs just seemed to have on a random channel.
Maybe at least the store manager should have enough autonomy to make such a small decision?
I know they are very capable people.
