“Ok while the donuts (ones they have) are good & so are the other items. BUT the customer service is NOT good, there is no “Good morning, Thank you, or come back to see us” nothing! No personality it seems. Also the selection is no where near what the menu is. I’ve been several times lately and they have 3 different flavors of donuts. Please don’t have a menu if you don’t have the items. Just my opinion. Like I said the items they have are great! I know this is a very mixed review.”

“We went today September 14 as it was the first day to reopen the buffet since the Covid mess caused them to have to close the buffet and it again was not a let down. The food was great as well as the service. It is a joy to go to this restaurant. If you haven’t tried it or have been when the buffet was open before, then you need to head back, they have it up and going again. ❤️❤️”

“Do not pass this place up! I’ve never gotten a meal that was anything less than delicious. If you buy a pizza by the slice, just know that it will be bigger than your head and you’ll have a hard time NOT devouring the whole thing. I also HIGHLY recommend the chicken parmigiana, but honestly you could put the sauce that comes on the chicken parmigiana on a shoe and I’d probably eat it. At first I hesitated to try any of their pasta dishes because any time I’ve gotten pasta at any of the generic big name pizza places it’s always been trash, but I am SO GLAD I tried the pasta here. Give them a shot! You won’t be disappointed!”

“We ate at the Founders Pub (Old Tom's Pub) at Pursell Farms two times, 3/20 and 3/22/25. One dinner and one lunch. We believe they make from scratch as both were excellent but I'll tell you about lunch as we found it exceptional. We ordered the lunch specials of chicken soup with grilled cheese and pork belly with bacon jam (I think that is a close description). Hubby is a home chef and very knowledgeable (and picky) about taste, presentation and execution. He couldn't find any fault for the pork belly sandwich and enjoyed it tremendously. I am not a soup eater usually but wanted to try something different and found the chickens soup to be delicious. We think it had at least a half of a chicken in the soup. Hearty and savory. We also were impressed with the generous portion sizes at the pub and at Arrington's. That was particularly refreshing and we felt supported your pricing. In Indiana, fine dining establishments tend to reduce portion sizes greatly. We ate at Arrington's March 21, 2025 and really enjoyed the entire dinner. Anyone traveling to Sylacauga AL must make reservations for both. You will not be disappointed.”

“I come here very often. The staff is always super nice. Very helpful. They have a drive-thru pickup window that you don't have to get out of your car which I use a wheelchair so it's a lot easier on me. It is usually not busy and even when it is super fast usually within a minute or two. they make it seem like I'm actually welcome and they enjoy helping without making it seem as I am a inconvenience. Even times there are mistakes heres a example there was one time that my pizza was semi cold basically from the driver delivering they are always very professional about it and help they remade that pizza and gave me a order of marble cookies! A lot of times I bring my dog and they are always super excited to see her and her dark purple nail polish they always give her a little thing with a couple of treats I didn't even know was available. I absolutely love this dominos would recommend!! 11/10 ??”

“One of the worst meals I've ever eaten and the biggest waste of money. First we were overcharged. Had to get that corrected. Told a 25 min wait on food. 48 mins later we got our food. The pork, chicken bbq, and burgers were all dry. Fries are terrible. One of the bbq Sauce taste like Kraft. Found 2 hairs in 2 of our meals. The "smoked" chicken doesn't taste smoked at all. It was cooked on the grill. Both chicken and burger was full of gristle. My 9 year old wouldn't even eat his food. We will never be back.”
