“The food is great! However, today I ordered a salad and they forgot the cucumbers which makes a difference. I was really looking forward to them.“

“I was a little hesitant about having lunch with Zaxby’s because my last experience at the Hot Springs location was not good but this was a different location and I wanted chicken.

It was lunch time but only one person eating inside, I was worried but say go ahead and everything was great.

The chicken was hot and fresh and tasty, I tried the new hot sauce

The fries and toast were very good and the cold slaw fresh hit the spot and the cashier was friendly

“I tried the Taco pizza for the first time and it was amazing.“

“We called about an hour out, just driving through, heading to Branson, and what a great experience? The gentleman taking the order (Sunday about 2pm) was the same one who greeted us with a warm smile. He asked about our trip and then handed us the food. Very kind and polite.“

“My husband and I eat at the Bryant Chick-fil-A almost once a week. He has dementia and a bit of a mobility issue. We have always been treated with patience and kindness. This week when we went it was not raining when we got there but was pouring when we were ready to leave. One of the workers insisted on getting us an umbrella. She used it to get me to the car then hurried back in to stay with my husband as I drove around. She helped me get him in the car…he didn’t get wet but she and I did in spite of a big umbrella. She truly was thoughtful and kind and patient with a dementia patient and his rattled wife. (I will be better prepared for the weather). Sadly we didn’t get her name but we will on our next trip. We can’t thank her enough for her kindness and her help. She didn’t say let me know if I can help you she said I AM going to help you and this is what we will do. Thank you again♥️“

“Went to the one in Bryant (A, been a while since I’ve eaten there, and B, they have loaded fries now). I love that what I remembered from when I was younger is still the same (see also: great service and understanding about my allergy) (and unlike the Benton store the Bryant one put bacon on the loaded fries that are supposed to come on the loaded fries 🙏)“
