“Early Saturday morning at 2 AM, I found myself embarking on a 20-mile drive to satisfy my youngest daughter's craving for something healthy. With Subway no longer an option due to their lack of meatballs for her desired meatball sub, we turned to online searches for alternatives. We were pleasantly surprised by the apple and cranberry salad, which came generously dressed with vinaigrette. We decided to enhance it further by adding grilled chicken and eggs, and it turned out to be absolutely amazing!

While the customer service was decent, I opted for a 4-star review instead of 5 simply because I found the online prices to be about $3 cheaper. If I had known that in advance, I would have happily placed our order through the app instead of at the drive-thru. I just happened to show my daughter the online menu while leaving Subway, which was a bit unfortunate. Nevertheless, our overall experience was enjoyable, and I would certainly recommend it!“

“Smells clean on entry. They make your sandwich like you want it. Tell them your size & bread choice first, meat, cheese, toated or not, mayo or dressing, vegetables, etc. These guys are pros! Get the chips, best tea in town, and you've got supper.

“To the owners of this Subway. My name is Eddie. I work for the Department of Human Services and was completing a last minute assignment from West Helena late in the evening. When I was leaving El Dorado I realized my phone was on 1%. I was concerned that i wouldn't make it home safely without charging it. The chances of me getting lost or sleepy were very high if I could not get my phone charged. That's were an employee at this Subway saved the day. This young lady did not hesitate to charge my phone for me without even knowing the circumstances. Before i knew it I was back on the road and on my way home. I eventually made it home safely and before I got too sleepy thanks to Ms. Misha. I hope I got her name right. This young lady along with the other workers were very professional and they never stopped moving. Cleaning and attending to customers as well. A million thanks again Ms. Misha. I wouldn't have made it without your kindness. ☺️“

“For real ya”ll, Everytime I order food here it’s done right, its even packed in the bad nice and neat, and the food almost looks picture perfect like the food from the ads, it’s so awesome, maybe you guys should show the TacoBell on N. West St how its done. I drive all the way to the other side of town so I know my food is right.“

“I have only had one bad experience at Taco Bell on Northwest due to the fact that it was old taco meat I can taste the oldest. Other than that you have to always ask for condiments and make sure that you asked for. I wish that they would go back to just putting those things that you need in the bag

Parking: It's plenty of parking room.

Kid-friendliness: I love taking my grandkids in to eat because I can't clean up all the time after them due to my disability. The staff always helps me with them.
