“I'm new to Lavaca. This is the 1st time trying this restaurant tonight. Wife and daughter as well. It has that country mom and pop feel I really like. I had the over easy burger, kinda like an eggonater from The Garage, but this was actually better. I didn't get the server's name, but she was an absolute gem! This place is going to be dangerous for me since I'm retired and only live a couple blocks away. Well, everything in Lavaca is only a couple blocks away. The prices are old fashioned too.“

“The VBHS Class of 1961, along with friends from other classes, had a get-together at Colton's on Saturday, May 10, and it was outstanding. The food was great and our server, Haylee, was top notch! We will definitely be back.“

“Had a craving for breakfast food after Friday Nighy Football game! IHOP was the solution!! I enjoyed the crepes, hubby had the Breakfast Sampler and son had fish/chips. All really good! Our server was exceptional- I wish I could remember her name- she was decked out in a ton of pink. Very attentive!!
