“This is an absolute must stop on the wine trail. The history here is mesmerizing. Mount Bethel is a historic family operation with deep roots going back over a century. You can truly feel that heritage the moment you step into their cellar.
The wine is absolutely delicious. We have visited several times and have had different hosts during each visit. Every single person has shared incredibly rich stories about the winery and their local winemaking tradition.
They produce a fantastic variety of flavors.
The Elderberry and Blackberry wines are incredibly delicious.
The Big Daddy wine is an absolute standout.
When the Big Daddy wine is paired with chocolate, it becomes a dessert within itself. It is a phenomenal experience.
These wines are too good to stay hidden. They should be shared and sold all across the state. I highly recommend taking the time to visit this historic spot and experiencing it for yourself.“

“Great spot to dine after doing the Pig Trail Scenic Bypass. Nice atmosphere. Clean, including the bathrooms. Ribs, spicy cheese curds (not too spicy) and mac and cheese were tasty. My husband liked his Buffalo chicken sandwich. He liked the blue cheese, the bun was delicious and fries were crispy. He even liked the Forrest Wheatiker beer and he said it was good. He’s not even a beer drinker.“
