Favorite taco bell, a little slower but always on point with good food

Pretty horrible experience. I went in there with my family and absolutely no one acknowledged we were in there so we ordered on a kiosk. The point of the kiosk is so that there are no mistakes in our order and we get it relatively faster. We waited for what seemed like forever to get our food. When we went through it in the car we had things missing, orders wrong, and no napkins. I specifically asked for no pico on my Supreme dip and there was so much on there!
