“Holy moley. We read the reviews and had to try it. So happy I did. We are on vacation from Illinois and this place makes us want to move across the street so we could eat here everyday. The biscuits are giant, homemade, and Delicious. The homemade sausage gravy was Amaaazing! Breakfast ham almost made my husbands eyes water it was so good. My puppy was even taken care of with a fresh bowl of water on the patio. The staff was friendly and very attentive but not overly. We just love this place and will come back next time we visit for sure.”

“I am divorced. Earlier this week I saw my ex-wife, Jessica, leave a review about a man who works here, who I’ve now learned is named Austin. I went into the store with the intent on picking a fight, but was suddenly swooned by Austin’s presence. He was lively yet had a commanding attitude; his face was a masterclass in sculpted symmetry, defined by a strong, chiseled jawline and high, sharp cheekbones that gave him an aristocratic air; he carried himself with a fluid, athletic grace, his shoulders broad and his build impeccably proportioned. And when he smiled, a flash of charismatic charm transformed his stoic features into something deeply approachable and captivating. He didn’t just occupy space; he dominated it with an effortless, devastating sophistication that was impossible to ignore. And don’t get me started on the curls. What was once a visit to rattle the young man my ex-wife loved, turned into a one of the best moments of my life, and allowed me to see the man I want to be in my life. I may have messed up with Jessica, but now, seeing Austin, I’ll strive to fix myself, to achieve that same piercing and magnetic gaze that gleamed with shrewd confidence. Owner, Jordan Wright is NOT from TX. He was born and raised in Little Rock, AR, and we claim him!!!”

This Bentonville institution had been praised by practically everyone we’d met when we asked for great food recommendations on our recent stay, so we had to pay it a visit. Tavola serves hearty, authentic Italian and Mediterranean fare. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and friendly, and our server Emily was a wonderful host. We started with a bottle of Fontella Chianti, to enjoy with the complimentary focaccia, and shortly after ordering, the antipasti arrived; Calamarello, a fritto misto style dish of fried squid, prawns, aubergine and courgette, and an Insalata Colorata, with kale, baby spinach, red gem lettuce, carrots, fennel, and a herbed lemon vinaigrette topped with creamy Burrata. And the main courses were also outstanding; The Westlake Stromboli, was an incredible crab, shrimp, basil pesto, parmesan & mozzarella rolled pizza, and the Ravioli Tavola was stuffed with blue crab meat on house parmesan cream drizzled with roasted red bell pepper sauce- a superb pasta dish. Tavola Trattoria absolutely hit the spot, and is a must-visit for anyone looking for tasty, traditional Italian food prioritising local, fresh produce and quality ingredients.”
