“i’m not one to write reviews but this is by far the best sonic in the area! they always take the best care of me, whether i go early in the morning or late at night. food is always hot and fresh. the staff always seems so happy, and always treat me so well! the parking lot is always clean, they have laminated signs on the order screens about the deals for the upcoming month. i’m impressed every time i go, you can tell they have a great management team!“

“Anytime I ever call the greenwood location I am always told they don't speak english and they hang up. As a popular business that is not good customer service or anyway to run a business. In person when you order the language barrier is crazy. They clearly dont always understand what your saying cause they dont respond properly. For such a popular place there really should be at least one bilingual person who can answer basic questions or take orders. The food is great. Vargas really is a unique place with great food and delicious treats. They just really lack when it comes to great customer service. Edited to say... The 3.8 in reviews for a place with such good food should really speak to them. I hope who ever runs this place really listens to those with bad reviews. There is always room for improvement. Take them as constructive criticism and improve upon the issues. They would be phenomenal then.“

“We went to CRUMBL yesterday for a great deal… 6 for 4 which is an amazing deals. The cookies were delicious but the pink sugar cookie tastes like medicine the frosting on top was horrible the actually cookie was good but the icing was HORRIBLE. But all the other cookies were AMAZING. If i could get them everyday and not gain weight I would. Overall review is a 4 out of 5.“

“The establishment is a bit outdated inside. That's my only complaint. That should speak volumes. Always good food, good location, fast and friendly service at this location. Food is usually piping hot, tastes great, and you get what you order (especially good for those who request special features to their order, e.g. plain, no pickles, ketchup only...etc,.). However, if you do encounter an issue, the staff is more than willing to rectify the situation. The market (small grocery store) inside is also adequately stocked, retains decent pricing (per today's standards...ugh I KNOW), and has a decent selection. All in all, generally a good choice for quick meals. Also, a MUST try for those traveling from outside of the Arkansas, Oklahoma, Kansas, Texas, and Missouri area. “Stopped here while traveling home on vacation. We had the double jalapeño burger, can't remember what it was actually called. It was really good! I've only had ice cream at Braums which is fabulous! This was a nice change of pace from the fast food we are used too. We don't have a Braums near where we live.“

“It's Braums - whats not to like about Braums?! One of the only fast food places I like. The ice cream is great, and they always have fun seasonal flavors. The fries are another fav. The burgers are good and fresh. Customer service is usually pretty good as well. The condiment section is usually in need of something; ketchup, napkins or other and the employees seem annoyed anytime you ask for something that is missing from this area. That's about my only complaint! The grocery section is higher priced than other stores, but is convenient to grab something while in the store, especially milk or ice cream!“

“I didn't get a picture, I got the strawberry delight (I think that's the name) and it was AMAZING. The whipped cream in the ice cream is the way to go. I was having an especially rough day and this was exactly what I needed, the person behind the counter was especially nice and we had good conversation! I'll be back ?“

“There was a younger guy working there today (Sunday) and he was super friendly. Great customer service. He suggested my daughter try the cotton candy and she loved it! Even though it was cotton candy it was still pretty creamy, way better than the rainbow flavor.“

Wheelchair accessibility: The entry to the store is accessible but the bathroom is not wheelchair friendly at all with a short potty (great for little kids) and no grab bars. It would be difficult to impossible to get to the arcade area with a wheelchair without going out of the store area and back in through the locked door that has direct access to the arcade area.“
