CherryBerry Ft. Smith, AR catered for us and the Manager Trent was an absolute pleasure to work with. He took great care of us and we can’t wait to work with him for future employee events. “My last visit here last week was a very good experience I went in. I was a little one online. They took my order right away. My food came up in less than 5 minutes. I love the braum sauce. I highly recommend the chicken strip dinner. It comes with gravy great for dipping your chicken strips, It even comes with a cookie.“

“Took a while to get my food order in. 3 people working the Ice cream register and no one working the food register. Shift supervisor noticed me and took my order and moved someone to the food line. Was very professional about it. Food was delicious.“

“Braum's is always a winner for kids and adults alike. I truly wish they would put a store here in Mena, AR. Things are starting to change and grow around here and we need some new restaurants. Every location we have ever gone to, from DFW to Ft. Smith, AR and beyond have always had great food and service.“

“Braums is affordable and their ice cream is made with real ingredients! 23 grams of protein in a small Vanilla milkshake. Double scoop in a waffle cone and small shake for $6. Service was efficient and friendly on a hot evening that was very busy. Well done!“

“Came with my daughters to get snow cones. I got a flavor I've never gotten and was not a fan at all. I asked if I could trade it out even for a smaller sized one but totally understand if she couldn't and she did with no hesitation. The girls are super nice! And we got greeted as soon as we walked through the door! Great service. I know our snow cone spot for the summer now. 🙂“

“I had a huge Facebook post looking for the biggest best chicken fried steak in the area, everyone recommended the vault. they have a huge one for a great price. Dairy dips is much smaller, but it taste excellent compared. I'd recommend the chicken fried steak dinner to anyone over the vaults. maybe next time I'll ask for a double order of the chicken fried steak 😂“
