They wasn’t very proactive on getting with us what we need or want. Not very friendly. Not very impressed with our first time there. The food was amazing though.

couldn't understand our waitress. our food was cold. told our waitress and she said ok. manager came over said I can put it in microwave. a pitcher of margaritas cost $26! will not go back that's for sure.

Edit - came back 2 days later because it's so good. Got the birria quesadilla today ... Holy cow it was awesome! Not on the menu, but ask for them. Delicious! 3 for $12. I think they come with rice and beans, but I did but want them.
Wow, great experience at Las Playitas! I wish I had this place at home. Started out great with a huge basket of chips and salsa in the little vase thing so I can pour out more. Ordered a la carte 2 beef soft tacos and 1 chimichanga. Normally I order 2 tacos, but the chimichanga was such a great price a la carte that I had to try it. Boy I'm glad I did! It was very tender chicken and juicy. Probably the best chimichanga I've ever had. Then the tacos were absolutely huge. Very unexpected but very grateful and they were delicious. You definitely need to try this place out and I plan on coming back even though I'm only in town a few days. Staff was great, and prices were really great! All my food was $10.
