I love this Sonic! I do! BUT I'm so SICK of them not putting napkins in the "to go" orders!!!!!! Come at me if you want to, I don't care!!! There's nothing worse than biting into one of their delicious smash burgers that are messy AF and not having a napkin!!! Well, there ARE worse things, I'm sure, BUT this is definitely a crap scenario!
Never had a problem with sonic in my life. Today I got my order and I ordered something for my brother. I asked them if I could customize it and they said yes, but every time I said what I didn’t want on the burger, they would say something else. I understand if they didn’t hear me, but I told them six times what I did not want on the burger for him. They said they would fix it and get it out right away and brought us our food so we left only to find out they didn’t give...
I go to Sonic almost every morning for my drink and my coworkers drink. On the days that I order food it is wrong nearly 75% of the time. It's almost like if ask for something slightly different it just throws them completely off. One of the locations has speakers so loud it will blow your ears off and the other location constantly says they can not hear year and several of the card readers do not work or the screens are blacked out. Our sonics need more care from management....
