Steritech is a private company that kitchens will hire to set higher standards than the state health code standards. This means that this location is basically guaranteed safe to eat from because the only way to get that rating consistently is for everyone working there to be on the ball.“

“Who looks up fast food chain reviews? This tastes exactly like every other subway I've ever been in. And if it didn't, turnover at fast food restaurants is so high that a review wouldn't be useful unless it was posted the day and the same shift as when you're going.“
