“The Subway on JFK was very well kept, nice and clean, food looked nice and fresh, the employees were very accommodating and courteous. Didn’t get names but the young ladies were awesome.
Parking: Limited parking, but accessible“

“I live in the area and come here from time to time. Service has always been good, but tonight I received the best customer ever by both Josh and James! They both answered questions about the sandwiches (I was curious about trying something new). They were both very patient with me (I am that picky customer) and not once did I feel like I was bothering them. I had just ended a shift and was a little bummed out, but the exemplary customer service that I received made me feel glad that I stopped in. My sandwich even tastes better. Lol. All Subway employees personalities need to mirror that of James and Josh!“

A neat thing about this Subway location - located in McCain Walmart in North Little Rock - is they offer a meal deal for $6.99, that includes the 6-inch sub of the day, a bag of chips or 2 cookies, and a drink. As implied, the sub of the day is different depending on which day of the week you go. Wednesdays are Sweet Onion Teriyaki.
I don't understand the low review for this location on Google Reviews. A thing you can always apply to critiques and reviews regardless of the medium they're published, is they must be taken with a grain of salt - if not with the whole shaker. People don't normally write reviews or leave ratings, and therefore a negative bias is shown in reviews, as only people who had a bad experience go and leave reviews, even when the overwhelming majority of experiences are positive.
The place was extremely clean.
It may not be 5-star restaurant level food and taste and service, but it deserves nothing less than a perfect rating as a Subway.
They offer two online order gateway, from their own site, to Walmart's site. They also offer a way to warn ahead of time for those who have food allergies (information on in ingredient window with a QR code for access).

“The ladies behind the counter were quick and professional. This was the first time I've had to pay for water from a soda machine. I was disappointed I couldn't get a knife to cut the slices of tomato, melted cheese, etc in my salad.“
“I was really happy with my experience from the moment I walked in. I went in with my daughter to use the restroom unaware it was for paying customers only. When we approached the door the lady who appeared to be the manager greeted us and went straight to get the key without asking us any questions
The man made my sandwich to perfection! It was perfectly portioned, and neat. He even told me about the sub of the day which I decided to get.
The lady who was at the register was very friendly and reminded me to get my chips. She even gave my daughter a free cookie! That was so nice of her!
This SUBWAY reminds me of the good ole days! Good food, Good Service, Clean Environment!!
