I have to say, it was an amazing experience! Our food runner, Marlee, truly made our visit special. She introduced us to her incredible dip creation that took the calamari we ordered to a whole new level. Absolutely out of this world!

Marlee's enthusiasm didn’t stop there. She also took the time to recommend some fantastic dishes for our next visit, which I can't wait to try. Her service was top-notch, friendly, and made us feel right at home.

Marlee, you ROCK! Keep up the great work. We definitely need more people like you in the restaurant industry. Lake Point is lucky to have you!

Truly an abysmal experience. We were served a drink with a spider in it. We were seated at 7:00pm and were served at 8:40pm. Half of our parties checks had erroneous “service charges” added to them that took multiple reprints and card charges to rectify. Most of the food in our group was average. I don’t normally leave reviews on restaurants but this was in my top 5 lifetime worst restaurant experiences.

We cannot say enough wonderful things about Lisa and her team at Lakepoint Event Center! From start to finish, our wedding day was absolutely flawless, and it’s all thanks to Lisa’s incredible preparedness, attention to detail, and calming presence. She anticipated every need before we even had to ask, which made the entire day run so smoothly that we were able to simply relax and enjoy every moment.

The food was another highlight; our guests are still raving about it! From the tasting to the reception, everything was delicious, beautifully presented, and served by the sweetest staff. The team’s professionalism, warmth, and genuine care for making our day perfect did not go unnoticed.

Lisa truly went above and beyond to ensure everything was seamless, and we are so grateful to have had her guiding us through the process. If you’re looking for a stunning venue with an outstanding team that delivers an unforgettable experience, Lakepoint Event Center is the place.

We held our rehearsal dinner at LakePoint in the tasting room and everything was perfect. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful throughout the entire process, and truly went above and beyond. Our friends and family kept talking about how good the food was. If you’re looking for a place to host an event, wedding, etc I would 10/10 recommend LakePoint! Plus the views are a bonus!

We have done one event, attended 2 Fourth of July gatherings and now have attended the Savor the Sunset event.

Each and every time, Lisa and her staff have been incredible. The service, the food, the ambiance … it’s the absolute best.

It’s rare to find such incredible customer service accompanied with making sure all the little details are just perfect.

Highly recommend. Can’t wait to have our next event with Lake Pointe!

We had our son's wedding reception at Lakepoint and the rehearsal dinner and BV Country Club. Lisa and her staff handled both events and both were spectacular. The service at both were incredible. The food was perfect. Everything came out hot and was delicious. Lisa did a great job guiding us and helping us plan this most special weekend. The ladies at both events were so very nice. They all went above and beyond to make this day special for all of us. The views at both were amazing and the guest commented how beautiful it was. The wedding was at Cooper Memorial Chapel and both venues were very convenient. Being from Tulsa we were unfamiliar with the area and I am so glad that we picked Lisa to handle our wedding events. I would highly recommend Lakepoint and BV Country Club if you are considering a wedding in Bella Vista or at the beautiful Cooper Chapel.

Beautiful view over the lake with charming decor. Wait staff is nice but food needs major attention. Scallops were undercooked, drenched in sauce… for the price of a steak you would expect the butter served on top to be able to melt rather quickly. Food should be piping hot and fresh especially since there did not appear to be a packed house of guests. Bella vista only has a few nice places to eat and I’m afraid the view isn’t enough to come back

I was part of a wedding party attending our bride and groom's reception here over the weekend, and I can absolutely see why they chose Lakepoint! Lisa and her team made our experience unforgettable. Everyone was so accommodating and they went the extra mile to make it such a special day. They truly think of every detail. Our event space was bright and beautiful, the view was GORGEOUS (especially at sunset), and the food was fabulous. Don't hesitate to book your event here, you'll be so happy you did! 👏🏻

We booked out the entire venue for our wedding three months ago and our family and friends are STILL talking about how amazing the staff, food, drinks and experience was. So many people have told us this was the best wedding they’ve ever been to and it’s thanks for Lisa and her incredible team.

The best part is that every anniversary and special occasion we will have a special restaurant close to our hearts that we will cherish for the rest of our lives.

Sat on this review for about 2 weeks. Still feel the same way about this place. It took an hour just to get waters and approached to get our orders. We felt a little ignored. We came from out of town (Kansas City) and made a reservation ahead of time but I guess they just weren’t ready for July 4th weekend and slammed.

Luckily we are super patient customers, weren’t in a rush, stayed and enjoyed the dinner regardless. Until it took another 45 minutes for dessert after we finished our main course. Manager was nice and got us a gift card for recognizing the issues but we won’t be back.

Just be wary and make sure you’re not in a rush if you come eat here. Beautiful place regardless.
