Super nice folks operating this food truck. The menu is fairly large for such a small kitchen, there is a lot of fried options. We shared spring rolls, crab rangoons, steamed dumplings, pad Thai, and general tso’s chicken with fried rice. The appetizers were all very good. General tso’s had jalopenos not dried red chili’s that are central to the flavor profile of this dish, but overall the taste was good. Rather small popcorn size chicken, and the fried rice was not traditional...
Today was my first time ordering at this food truck. The young woman who waited on me was so friendly and helpful. I placed a large order and she was quick to let me know order and portion sizes so I wouldn’t over order. The food … amazing. I will be a dedicated customer.
Pad See are with beef was delicious; served piping hot with a generous portion! We sat outside in their other patio; ordering was easy and they were really helpful when deciding spice level! 10/10 would go back
