I visited the Benton Arkansas location today. This place has really changed. The employees could care less if you are there. They are on their phones. I didn’t get home with my order. I called and could not get anyone to answer. The food was cold.
We had a wonderful encounter this evening. The customer service that was provided by Heather and the on duty manager was the best that we had ever had any where. They turned a bad experience, from a previous visit several months ago, into a GREAT experience today. I have been eating Captain Ds for over 30 years now and. I swore I would never come back and these two have definitely changed my mind. Y’all need more employees like this to represent this company.
Waited an hour in the parking lot to get our food brought out! Had to send them back eight times because they had only brought half of our order and each time had to go back and get something else. Now we've sat her for going on 2 hours and all our food is cold. Asked if they could fix this since now everything is cold and was first told to call the manager in the morning and then told to hold on we will be right back that was 20 minutes ago!!
