I will never do business here again. Just got hung up on by a girl in the Benton store. Horrible customer service. An hour and a half later we got our cold pizza. I do not recommend Papa John’s ever!
Papa Jones is a absolutely terrible. Placed an order at 5:45 with a 41-51 minute wait. 7:00 I call to check on it and it’s “heading out the door on its way” 7:48 I call to speak to a manager who is “baffled we should’ve gotten the order over an hour ago as they are currently on order 143 and mine was 111.” Asks me be placed on a hold. 35 minute hold. I call back and my phone is picked up and immediately placed on hold. 8:15 I get through to cancel my order. Literally...read full review
Never. Again.
Ordered pizza at 5:44. Received email estimating delivery in "Approx. 41 minutes". Called @ 7:10, put on hold 8 min. Called @ 7:39, told that driver was out for delivery and should arrive in 15 min. Pizza arrived @ 7:58. No sticker/order # on box. 2 HOURS & 14 MINUTES to get order! I live 3.3 miles away and roads were clear. I complained and they completely ignored me. I was a loyal customer for 20 years but they are in a downward spiral and I've given up.
