I had the best drive-through interaction with Joe! He was very well-spoken, easy to understand, polite, and kind. He is very good at his job! Also my vanilla frozen yogurt was also delicious as always!My friend and I actually left another fast food place to go to Braums because the ice cream is so good and inexpensive. :)
Best Braums experience we’ve had to date! Quick service, great ice cream and knowledgeable staff. Tom at the north Walton store took the time to explain their fresh products such as milk, cheese and bread. He was very friendly with us and the other customers that came through. You don’t see service like that very often anymore! We will be back because we are excited to try more of what they have to offer.

We had a good experience at this Braum's this week. Our food was good and ready quickly. The manager, Tom, checked on us multiple times. He brought out small ice creams for our kids after our meal. We enjoy our trips to Braum's and are thankful for this location close to our house. There were several people filling out applications and interviewing while we were there. Hopefully that will help them keep a full staff and be able to serve their customers with excellence.
