My boyfriend stopped by and they were literally out of everything, no fajita veggies, no queso, no pico. They close at 9pm, thats an hour til close. We paid full price. There is no excuse. Wouldn't recommend and wondering what's going on at this location.
I’m not one to leave reviews but this needs to be addressed. I love chipotle, every single state I have lived in I’ve eaten chipotle and had great experiences.The Chipotle here in Bentonville Arkansas is the worst ran, worst chipotle in America. I’ve given this location maybe 6 different visits and every single time it’s been pathetic. No steak or “we can’t sell chips to customers inside, only to go orders only” and if you order ahead, you’ll get half the food...read full review

This place is horrible. I have ordered chips and guacamole several times and they are out of chips. I ordered hard shell tacos and the have no taco shells. They don’t care. The place is dirty and unfriendly. Disgraceful.
