I’m now on call 4 or 5 to attempt to get the “your card will be credited”. I ordered several trays for lunch... after calling the second time to see what was taking so long, to be informed “we lost your order”. No thank you Jimmy John’s as now I’m on the “list” for a late corporate card. 1 hour and 45 minutes is NOT freaky fast.
Last two times I have called for delivery "they didn't have a driver in" and I was told I could come to pick up. Today when I ordered delivery I was told the driver would be back in 5-10m, and my work is only 1mi. away. It took ONE HOUR to get my sandwich and I didn't get the cheese I was charged $.90 for. I use to be a loyal customer but they have really went downhill.
