“THIS PLACE IS AWESOME! Everything on the menu is delicious. Can’t go wrong with any choice. I still love the pulled pork, daughter loves the ribs, husband loves the brisket….there is the wonderful sausage, bacon, and sides! I do want to correct one review that said the owner is from TX. Owner, Jordan Wright is NOT from TX. He was born and raised in Little Rock, AR, and we claim him!!!“

“Exquisite is all I can say. You can't go wrong with any salad you choose. 14 different salads of your choice. Today we had Sassy Scotty on a croissant, tortilla soup, pimento cheese sandwich., mac and cheese., chicken salad melt on a croissant, and fruit. So Delectable!“

“This place has good chicken and great sauces! My Mom and I stopped by for dinner. We had the chicken strips, fries, and mac and cheese. My Mom had the Korean BBQ dip and honey mustard dip, I got ranch. The chicken was hot and crispy, the fries were solid, and the portion sizes were great. The restaurant was super clean and the folks on shift were super friendly. This is a great place to eat if you're looking for a simple (but tasty) meal.“

“I only do the 30 piece as take out from the drive thru window. Taste hasn't changed, but over the past several months the pieces have gotten smaller and smaller. Not much fish there anymore. Mostly cornmeal crust.“

“This place is absolutely amazing. Ordered the roast beef for myself, and it was tender, juicy flavorful and oh my gosh it was enough for two meals. My daughter got the chicken and dumplings and said it tasted as close to homemade as she has ever had and she is a connoisseur when it comes to chicken and dumplings.. the staff was so super friendly and they were absolutely packed but you can tell they know how to deal with the crowd. Can’t wait to go back.!“

“Everything is delicious. I love their coleslaw & the apple butter with their little loaves of bread. If you are running low on any of the food they will refill them. All you can eat. Love to eat there.“

“Slim Chickens has always been a staple to me and never disappoints. It doesn’t pretend to be something it’s not. You want somewhere to pop in for some juicy tenders, well seasoned fries, and plethora of sauces to smother them in without the haughty taughty nonsense? Slim’s your spot. Straight to business - and business is good.
Attentive and polite staff. Quick service. Fair prices. And above all else: A darn good chicken tender and sandwich. (And a milkshake that my coworker will NOT shut up about mind you)
Next time you’ve got the hankering for fried chicken, skip Chil Fil A and pop on over to slims. You won’t be disappointed.“
