LOVE this place! The crawfish are seasoned well. The potatoes and mushrooms and corn are not as seasoned, (which is ok for those that don't like as spicy) but if you let settle to bottom of the bag, they soak up some more of the water and spices and they're awesome as well!Having lived in the New Orleans area for 7 years or so, I know my Mudbugs haha. It's a wonderful treat during crawfish season for sure!
Crawfish Food Truck. Begins the season in late January/early February until season is over. We anticipate their opening every year! Oh so good! You can increase the spice level to your liking. Order by the pound with what meats and veggies you want. Crawfish, sausage, boudin, potatoes, mushrooms, corn. All made to order. Cooked on site! To go only. This is good stuff!
