Great service, love the food and Environment from the staff in the restaurant, but one particular employee has disrespected and talked down on my mother, which works there. Multiple times and I finally have sat there long enough, not saying anything watching this male employee talked down on my mother and hit himself in the head with the broom. And now my mother is suspended due to me, being a customer. Standing up after seeing a male employee get hostile and Verbally, aggressive. With a woman. And all I did was knowing this employee already text him and said we could step outside ( if the disrespect and Aggressive attitude did not stop ) and it's being taken, as if I said me and him could step outside, right? Then and there , and that's not what I was saying

Needs some music! The kitchen conversation is very tense. Everything is good but the vibe.

The food was delicious as always and, though I was dining along, my server Madie made my experience tonight even more enjoyable. Impeccable service! You guys have a terrific employee.
(Those bruschetta breadsticks are dangerous and I love them)

Had a GREAT night out for dinner with family while visiting from Wisconsin. Our server was so patient with us through our laughter. The food was so good and so we're the drinks and of course the service was outstanding. Highly recommend!!

First and last. Won’t be returning. There is ONE piece of pepperoni less than 5 pea size pieces of what faintly resembles ham… and the olives were halfway rancid.. it’s a distinct taste. Dough is below basic. $5 little Caesars is better. Save your money and time.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Pizza taste like I was eating a stale cracker and the sizes were tiniest I have every seen. Website is false advertisement of pizzas for sure and very overpriced for what you get. Never again.

This was our first visit to Brick Oven. Parking is limited, and the restaurant only had a handful of patrons. Place was clean, and our server was very friendly. I did take a jacket, as another reviewer said it was cold here. My husband rarely gets cold, but he was here! Got our drinks right away, and orders taken. And then we waited, and waited. I said they need to bring me some crackers or something because I was starving. Finally got our food, and as the server sets my Italian sub on the table, she said the cook had forgotten I didn’t want onions, but she was making me another. Hubby ordered chicken wings, which he said were very good. I was so hungry, I wasn’t about to wait on another sandwich, so decided to pick off the onions, couldn’t do it, as they were chopped quite fine, and stuck to the melted cheese. We were almost finished eating when my second sandwich arrived. So, we boxed that one up, and took it home. The sandwich was pretty good, except for the onions and the bread being too toasted, making it crunchy on the edges. I will try this place again, as there were other menu items I want to try. I’ll be sure to order a salad or some chips to eat while waiting on the food.
