The older lady at the front counter. the one with short hair and 8 earrings, needs to retire!! She is rude. Seems to be miserable and teaches other workers to act the same. Only chickfila I've ever been to with rude employees.
Allow kids under eighteen to buy food, but then do not allow them to eat the food in the establishment. You don't ban all of them. You handle each situation individually.. The owner acts like a self righteous toddler.
