Conway Arkansas Chipotle location has to be the worst Chipotle I have ever used. Management is lacking. Several times the rice is undercooked. Several times at noon on a Saturday in a college town they are out of chicken. I have been there during a lunch hour and the manager instead of helping his team get out of the woods just sat at the register and put a sign on the door stating “only accepting online orders at the time”. This is the second time we have ordered queso, paid for it, and not gotten it. We were not told either, we just got home and it wasn’t there. We went back once and were told they ran out. Okay, understandable. But do not let the customer come in and pick it up and leave. If you run out, you should not be able to purchase on the app for pick up. Food is also always cold when you do pick up. Sad, because we used to go to Chipotle at least twice a week.
