“My husband has cancer and right now there’s not much he can eat. He’s been living off of Ensure, Ovaltine and your strawberry shakes. Your shakes are the only shakes smooth enough for him to digest. All of your employees are SUPER! They now know what I want before I get there and take such good care of us!“

“The manager or GM of this location on campus is very aggressive to her employees and have noticed her two weeks in a row standing outside of the counter watching and commenting on their every move. Shes raising her voice at them in an aggressive way to get her point across. It’s just not a tasteful way to handle any issues with your employees especially in public. Last week, I noticed her talking badly about an employee to another employee (both employees were working at the time), this was at the drink pickup station, there was nothing discrete about this interaction.
I just feel bad for the employees that are getting the blunt end of this.

“I cannot figure out how to leave a review on your page, BUT i visited here for the FIRST TIME today!! And when I walked in it literally smelled like Fall ?? the cookies and brownies I purchased were so amazing (Especially the Strawberry Cookie !!?omgggg) I am extremely satisfied with my visit.

“Today was my first time stopping by and I was so impressed. Their iced coffee was perfect. I got a vanilla iced coffee, not too sweet and the perfect size!! I asked for half a dozen donuts to take back home and they loaded me up with extras to try. They were so sweet and everything tastes great. I love that they have a drive thru. I’ll definitely be back.“
