“Great except you absolutely cannot get extra pickles.... We asked for them on the sandwich as extra and were told they don't offer that. We asked about getting an order of them on the side and were told no. I asked to put the pickles from my sandwich on the other sandwich and were told no. Apparently they have had a pickle problem. If you don't want extra veggies this is a good sandwich shop. The staff were very helpful outside of the pickle situation. Seems they have been told by management they cannot put more than 6 pickles on a footlong sandwich. I found this frustrating. McDonald's puts 3 on a quarter pounder and let's you double and triple up on them if you'd like. I don't mind a surcharge for the extra and that too was not available...”

“Was glad to see the hair nets i thought this was part of health code but have noticed alot of the chain restaurants are not requiring them and other code violations. It was clean and the window person was friendly. Thank you.”

“Servers and cooks deserve raises. They are always short staffed but go the extra mile to serve the costumers.
Through the years they had a good crew or just 1 or 2 individual that are good but they don't last due to the cost of living and minimum pay.”

“There was an unscheduled group of Arkansas State Park Retirees that converged on them unannounced and the staff did an amazing job handling the group and getting us in and out. There turned out to be 18 of us but no one knew ahead of time how many would show, so we couldn't tell the staff the expected number. This didn't phase them at all!! They pulled together some tables and got the group in and out in an amazingly short time. (I might add that it was straight up noon when we got there) I was very impressed with how well they handled this unplanned group. I applaud their customer service skills!!”

“First I need to say the burgers are great! Love the use of Talo!!! Today I witnessed an amazing act of kindness waitin on my burgers. I watched the nice lady at the register tell a troop in uniform her meal was on them today. I also watched the next troop in line (the ranking officer) be told the same. He then pulled out $20 and put it in rhe tip jar. You have got love stuff like this! Thanks for what you do!”

They allowed a larger reservation, were accommodating to diet needs, and even helped create a dessert for the group! Very impressed… everyone left with full bellies and excellent experiences! “Very generous portions, prices VERY REASONABLE, friendly, helpful service. My husband had the gumbo and enjoyed it; there was so much we took half of it home. I had fried chicken livers dinner w/ choice of 2 sides, hush puppies and a deep-fried roll. My sides were red beans and rice (YUMM!) and green beans which were tasty. The chicken livers were delicious which I dipped in their sweet chili sauce. Everything was good but the STARS, for us, were the fried green tomatoes and the deep fried roll which was light as a feather. We ordered a half dozen rolls to go and made a midnight feast of the outstanding fried green tomatoes we had boxed up and those soft, airy rolls!”

“Just returned from eating at Old Bank. Food was good and server was very attentive. My complaint is that when I pay with cash I am always charged a credit card fee. I should not have to remind the server to make sure the fee is removed. Also, the small change (coins) due back from payment were not given, only the remaining dollars. So today, I was out an additional $.67 cents on my breakfast order of $10.44. What gives? I realize it's less than a dollar but it's the principal of the thing . . .”
