“sno cones are good, flavors are always great! prices aren't bad at all. The lady working the counter i believe her name was kristen was so rude. i stood there for 5 minutes before she even acknowledged me even after looking at me 4 times. then upon taking my order she says what do you want, that'll be (price), then gave me the sno cones and said nothing. no kind greeting, no give me just a moment, thank you and have a great day. nothing. I understand people having off days but as a customer service worker we always have to be on and cheerful for our customers.”

“Ok so now that I am not working there anymore I can post this and I ask that you please take time and read this I loved working there the employees are great and this message is to future customers of dover subway yes some times the employees are having a bad day but you have an opportunity to make their day while they make your sandwich just start a conversation and try and be up even if you are having a bad day yourself go into the store a different person give the employee a chance try and talk to them they will talk back when working there there was nothing I loved more than talking to customers they always seemed to brighten my day and if they make a mistake just ask them about it they will do everything in their power to help you all it takes is one kind act and you will get a kind act in return don’t be outright rude to them that doesn’t help anything just have fun at dover subway hey you never know you might just have the best subway experience every”

“First I need to say the burgers are great! Love the use of Talo!!! Today I witnessed an amazing act of kindness waitin on my burgers. I watched the nice lady at the register tell a troop in uniform her meal was on them today. I also watched the next troop in line (the ranking officer) be told the same. He then pulled out $20 and put it in rhe tip jar. You have got love stuff like this! Thanks for what you do!”

They allowed a larger reservation, were accommodating to diet needs, and even helped create a dessert for the group! Very impressed… everyone left with full bellies and excellent experiences! “Very generous portions, prices VERY REASONABLE, friendly, helpful service. My husband had the gumbo and enjoyed it; there was so much we took half of it home. I had fried chicken livers dinner w/ choice of 2 sides, hush puppies and a deep-fried roll. My sides were red beans and rice (YUMM!) and green beans which were tasty. The chicken livers were delicious which I dipped in their sweet chili sauce. Everything was good but the STARS, for us, were the fried green tomatoes and the deep fried roll which was light as a feather. We ordered a half dozen rolls to go and made a midnight feast of the outstanding fried green tomatoes we had boxed up and those soft, airy rolls!”

“Just returned from eating at Old Bank. Food was good and server was very attentive. My complaint is that when I pay with cash I am always charged a credit card fee. I should not have to remind the server to make sure the fee is removed. Also, the small change (coins) due back from payment were not given, only the remaining dollars. So today, I was out an additional $.67 cents on my breakfast order of $10.44. What gives? I realize it's less than a dollar but it's the principal of the thing . . .”

“Peg Leg 12/10/25 @ 4:30p. Cozy atmosphere w/friendly staff full of energy. Menu options good. I went for the bacon cheeseburger. Seasoned to perfection quality of beef outstanding, the bun choice is on the money, and the fries there is always something special about fresh cut fries because they aren't frozen and full of preservatives not needed. Plus note Ellas Hablan Espoñal. Location is not far from hospital and many clinics in area for a quick bite during lunch or after an appointment. Enjoy!”

“LOVE LOVE LOVE. Top to bottom pink store with DELICIOUS treats. Wide array of scratch made pastries and dessert treats. The owner is the sweetest lady who’s won multiple awards and competitions for baking - you can see those achievements near the bathroom. Cookies, delicious. Scones, delicious. She will even heat them up for you. I stopped here on my way home from Petit Jean State Park and it made the trip perfect. 10/10 will stop again even tho I’m from KS.”

Called back and not only did they apologize for the inconvenience, they doubled the original order and gave me a free beverage to go and offered credit for the next meal.
