“McDonald's in Dumas has a true leader on deck! I don't often order from McDonald's for various reasons. The lines were short so I stopped there this morning. I had a small problem with my order, so I called the store to verify my order. Ms."Shaneka"(unsure of the correct spelling) took my call and made my day! My generation (me at least) is almost always exhausted with dealing with people in customer service positions who don't know what "customer service" IS.I would like to commend this young woman for possessing the rare qualities that define customer service.
