I ate at El Parian on November 25 and had the Razorback Enchiladas, which were terrific! They are crab and shrimp wrapped in warm flour tortillas and covered in white cheese sauce (queso blanco). The traditional salsa roja and chips before the meal were better than most, because the salsa was thicker and more full-bodied. The restaurant is clean, roomy, and has modern decor, not the usual traditional Mexican stuff. Parking is available on the street immediately outside the restaurant....read full review
