I found the staff to be extremely friendly and helpful. I will definitely be going back if I'm ever back here. The pizza and cheese sticks were beyond my expectations”

“Three times now me and my kids have come in towards the end of the night, and Dino and Casey are so kind, to the point where I asked for their names because of how pleasant they are. The best attitudes and hard workers. All three times I’ve come in they are so professional, positive, and helpful even when my kids are taking forever to make choices. They need to be recognized!”

“we order marcos at least a few times a month and they are always fast and great customer service. but tonight made me appreciate them even more. we ordered delivery online and it said we'd get it around 5:40. Well 6:00 comes around and still no pizza. so I called to check on it. the phone rang and rang. I called back. it rang so long again. then the sweet employee was so nice, when I asked about our order. she apologized and told me that she was the only person working the front. and only had two drivers delivering. she wasn't rude or stressed out. she politely said, if you know someone looking for a job, we are definitely hiring. I just thought that was the most honest and nicest conversations I've had with a fast food industry employee. that girl deserves a raise!!! 99% of other people would have been rude or short tempered. “Don’t order delivery thru app. Food was stolen and their app is so buggy couldn’t submit a claim. They make good food but I have given up on their potato soft tacos. They usually overcook the potatoes for some reason.”

“Most of the time this place is great. Went last weekend for the new Brownie Batter and a chocolate shake. The picture makes it look like pure chocolate. It looked nothing like that. We told the guy three times no toppings, but we got the toppings. It was all cream and no ice. It was a melted mess. It was not good at all. Hoping it was just a bad day. I will be back and give it another try.”
