Carmen's Tacos Food Truck

easily the best mexican food I've ever had, you can really see how this is a passion of theirs and its so fast and easy to order and leave with your food! I've been raving about them ever since I first tried them. I've ordered a burrito, Panbazo, torta, quesadilla, sopes... all were exceptional.

My daughter and I were on a fall trip and decided to pick up dinner here, and it was absolutely amazing!!! I ordered the steak quesadilla, and I can't say enough about the flavoring! My daughter ordered the street tacos and they were soooo delicious! Everything was fresh and service was amazing! The buzzer they give you to let you know when your food is ready was definitely convenient! Thank you, Carmen's Tacos!! We'll be back around Christmas!

Stopped in during lunch so there was a bit of a wait once order was placed. The tortilla for the tacos was great but the chicken was very dry. Hubby really liked his chorizo tacos. Good portion for the price.

As a Eureka Springs resident this is my absolute favorite place to get Mexican food!! Huge servings of food. Average price of 12.00 per meal.

The vegetarian tacos was really good. It has asparagus, mushrooms and peppers.
Al pastor was really flavor, the beef and chicken are great as well.
The salsa has a kick to it??

It's a food truck, atmosphere is just that.
Coming from California, street tacos are a real thing and once you have had a great street taco, there's no comparison.
Since 2020, these are the best street tacos, bar none, we have had since California.
These will do in a pinch. I recommend the AlPastor. The salsa works very well. I wish they served sliced radishes as well. Oh well, can't have everything. Still worth a chance in Eureka Springs.

Ordered dinner for the wife & I. Was amazing. Carne Asada Torta & 4 tacos. Al Pastor & Pollo. Staff very friendly & quick on serving food out of their truck. Gracious mi amigos, keep up the good work. Will stop by again before we leave Eureka

So good.
If they're open, just stop and get some food. I ordered several of each option, and none of it was bad. The sauces provided were incredible. Some of the best tortillas ever.
