We eat here every time we go to Eureka. It's so delicious! You really get your money's worth. I highly recommend this place.

My husband and I visited the area last weekend. We wanted a quick lunch, so stopped by here. We both had street tacos and they were absolutely delicious! I don't know what the sauce was that came with them, but it complimented the tacos very well. This was hands down the best food we had the entire weekend!

Very quick bite to eat but savory flavors and authenticity. This food truck also is unique by providing you a buzzer to help you know when your food is ready. This allows customers to have fresh quality food. I and my husband eat Mexican food frequently and I have NEVER had anywhere so delicious!

Food is always fresh and seasoned so well. Everything on menu is delicious and satisfying. I love how the al pastor (pork) is seasoned! It’s my favorite. Pambazo and Sopes is a fave. Tacos, enchiladas, quesidilla, burritos…..you can’t go wrong. The sauces are homemade as well, soooo good. I’m a local and eat here every chance I get. It’s my favorite place in Eureka to eat. The people who run it are so nice and take pride in their food. They have a couple of outdoor seating spots. Eat here I’m sure you will love it!

I've never been a huge fan of food trucks, simply because I really enjoy going to a restaurant where I can sit down in a relaxing environment... Carmen's tacos is the exception. They are fast, affordable and absolutely delicious! I often go multiple times a week. You should too.

they have the phattest, most delicious burritos that spit on chipotle and their al pastor tacos are last meal worthy. not to mention i always have the best company when i chow down on their picnic tables in the shade of the august heat. thank you carmen.
