“Since moving from California to Northwest Arkansas, this has become my favorite place to get ice cream. My favorite is the Reeses Peanut Butter Cup Candy Bar Mix. In California, the prices are 2.5x higher, but instead of saving the difference, I eat 2.5x more ice cream.“

“Always enjoy a good Braum's burger. The staff was friendly. The restroom was clean. The tables and benches were filthy. We had to wipe down our table and benches. I guess that's kind of how it is at all fast food places these days.
Wheelchair accessibility: The automatic door was a bit flaky. Sometimes it works, other times you need to give it a push to slide open.“

“It was very hard to choose just one!!! Our frozen custards were OUTSTANDING!!! I chose the Heavenly Angel in a cone bowl and the hubby chose Bad Bad Leroy Brown Concrete!!! It was so beautiful outside that we just relaxed at the outside seating area. Very romantic 😆❤️🙏🏼🙌🏻 Also, customer service was awesome! Thank you so much for a wonderful experience, which made the end of our date a SWEET one 😉😆❤️“

They gave us a refund AND delivered a fresh box of cookies. I was very impressed with how they handled the situation. Shoutout to Josh for his kindness and professionalism. “The service is always great! Lawson was the guy who take care of me on my last visit and I didn’t realize I had two different sizes for my ice cream but wanted them both the largest one. He quickly offered to add more and take care of the mishap! And with a smile the whole time. That is grade A customer service right there!“

“Our first time in and we will definitely be back sorry it took me so long to try this sweet little shop. The ice was flavorful and the “bubblewrap” thats like a warm waffle wrapped around your icecream was soft and DELICIOUS! But my biggest compliment for this place was the friendly staff. The young lady working answered all our questions and was warm and friendly and actually appeared to enjoy her job and even though it wasnt busy, she was diligently busy working the whole time we were there. So kudos to her for a great work ethic. I asked her name on tge way out and it was Tatum.“
