Seeing the care and patience they had with them in training was heartwarming, and the fact that Sonic is providing jobs for those that society has a tendency to overlook or leave behind is truly commendable! “Love the cookies but they rarely have a good line up that justifies me paying so much for 4 cookies. For example, this week, only 1/8 looks great to me, others are nothing special. Maybe they can start sending out weekly surveys to see what the customers want for the following week, for example. Most people I've talked to feel the same.“

“U walk in and immediately get greeted and then asked if you need any help and then after u wait for maybe two minutes, they ask u have they look and then you get asked if u need any utensils, napkins or a bag. Very pleased with the level of customer service I got when I visited this location“
“This place was such a pleasant surprise for me. Stopping in here with some friends for an after dinner dessert, we really loved it. There's something about the atmosphere of an ice cream establishment that always seems to be charming, nostalgic, and fun for all ages, and this place for me brought all of that. We all enjoyed our respective ice cream flavors and I was pretty impressed with the other menu options they offer besides ice cream as well. The staff couldn't have been friendlier and we enjoyed spending a long while here to end our night.“

“I thought the ice cream we got was very good. Obviously homemade with care. The coconut cookies and cream was a surprisingly great combo. Uniquely creamy. And they make their waffle cones from scratch. Very chill inside vibe. Definitely check it out.“

“I really enjoy Andy's custard. I like the variety of concretes, and the seasonal items too. We have a favorite, the Snowmonster. Yum! We usually go to the N. Mall location, but sometimes we go to the one in Springdale near Sam's Club. Both places are worth it.
P.S. If your dog is with you, they'll ask you if you'd like a pup cup. Of course! 😇“

“I ordered a cake for my 2 year oldest birthday party and they did AMAZING! In fact, the cake was gone before I even had a chance to get a picture. Fed everyone at the party and people even had 2nds. Every person I asked said it was the best cake they've had! And it was cheaper than going to a bakery and getting one. Not just the ice cream, but the cake part was well done! I will be returning for more in the future!!!“

“Since moving from California to Northwest Arkansas, this has become my favorite place to get ice cream. My favorite is the Reeses Peanut Butter Cup Candy Bar Mix. In California, the prices are 2.5x higher, but instead of saving the difference, I eat 2.5x more ice cream.“

“Love their milk and tried butter for the first time. The milk I trust more than I trust Walmart. They're butter definitely good but I do not have another butter to compare it with. I have bought Walmart's version and I'm not happy with it. So I will need to find another butter to put up against braum's.“

“I love coming here. Especially when Angel is working. The food and service is always fast and fresh. Rarely but sometimes due to the freshness, you may be asked to pull forward for 5 minutes. But I am grateful for fresh Burgers and Fries instead of heat lamp pre prepped food. Thank you for always keeping everything in order. We will continue to come here regularly. There is just nothing quite like it.“

“When I was little, I used to live in Crystal River Florida. There was a tiny little place that served cheeseburgers, and I had never had a burger that tasted like it in my life. Besides there my whole life, I looked for places that might’ve had the same taste of burgers and I could never find anyone that had a burger that tasted like the burgers I used to get when I was 5 to 8 years old. I went to Culver’s and they had it the butter burger. I’ve never been more happier in my life to find that burger again, it taste exactly like I remember it and I just am happier than I could ever be that. I finally got to eat one of those burgers again after 51 years of looking for the butter burger I didn’t know what it was called. I didn’t know what was different about it. I just knew the flavor was amazing and I had to have another one go to Culver’s guys. The butter burgers are the best.“

“It was very hard to choose just one!!! Our frozen custards were OUTSTANDING!!! I chose the Heavenly Angel in a cone bowl and the hubby chose Bad Bad Leroy Brown Concrete!!! It was so beautiful outside that we just relaxed at the outside seating area. Very romantic 😆❤️🙏🏼🙌🏻 Also, customer service was awesome!
