Today, September 18th, 2022 a group of 6 of us were looking for either a brunch or early lunch to share before we traveled home in two different directions. We arrived before doors opened. There was a friendly guy working the bar that was seating the crowd of about 20 when doors opened. We were seated by 11:10. A waitress took our drink order and got our drinks back to us about 11:30. We requested to order when drinks were delivered. At 12:00 she came by and said it would be soon (about 15 minutes). By 12:30 we still did not have food and had to request more coffee. By 12:40 I looked for and spoke to Manager. I explained we had been sitting at our table for an hour and half with no food update. She said she would check on it but never reported an update to us. We ended up walking out about 12:45 after telling her we were leaving. She apologized and said she was called in today. Still, never knowing why we never received our food. We were given a brunch menu but by the time we left many tables had received food (from lunch menu) in the main dining area. There was another table that ordered just after us that had not received their food when we walked out. If there was a problem in the kitchen, I would have expected the manager to stop and address at each table that had not received their food. Unfortunately, we had never eaten here and was looking forward to share a meal with our family before each heading different direction hours apart. The buck stops with the manager and issues should have been directed to her and her address with customers. Unfortunately, we probably won’t be back.
