Chef Brooks and his team catered weddings, a company retreat, an 80th birthday party, and a daughter’s wedding, and the food was wonderful. Everyone was talking about the food, especially the deviled eggs topped with fried chicken. For the wedding, he knocked it out the park with a Latin-Indian inspired cuisine, and the sauces were out of this world, the meat was so tender, and the variety of vegetables and preparations was astonishing. The food was not only delicious but beautifully presented as well, and the presentation was amazing and only exceeded by the taste of the food. Chef Brooks was easy to work with, truly cares not only about his food but his guests, and made the entire process fun and stress-free. He allowed them to customize his catering menu to perfectly match their vision, and his team handled all the set up/clean up. Everyone raved about how excellent the food was, and they will definitely use them again for any event.
