“Mark was amazing from beginning to end. He was great at communicating with us and responded quickly to any questions we had. He was pretty much my wedding planner for my wedding reception. We had many hiccups along the way with the venue and planning a wedding from so far away. Mark handled everything with ease and skill, all while keeping me calm. He went above and beyond to make sure our reception was breathtaking, and that the food was delicious. All of the food was so good. The chicken was cooked and seasoned so well, and his grandmothers mashed potatoes were to die for. Many people went back for seconds because everything was that good. The grooms cake Mark made was delicious. It was moist and flavorful. He was accommodating as I changed the filling I wanted several times. The cake was my favorite part of the reception. The flowers were stunning and filled the whole reception hall. Mark purchased and did all of the flower arrangements for the evening. He was able to get all of the types of flowers that were in my wedding bouquet for the arrangements in the reception. The evening was magical and we couldn’t have asked for a better person to help make our day so special“

“Spectacular Service, absolutely delicious sandwiches, Textures, and flavors are amazing. 10 years ago, I came into this very same shop and ordered a Pastrami on Black Russian Rye, with the works and cucumbers. From then on I would introduce anyone I was with to such a great mass of flavors. I return to this store 10 years later and they have pulled the rye bread out of the choices. I understand there is not much call for it with the younger generations. I compensated with sourdough which is every bit as amazing, or as I like to say, "Ahhhhmazing!" I had the opportunity to speak with an incredible and extremely professional person at the counter named Matthew. An outstanding employee to say the least. Very courteous and polite. The other gentleman in the back was a large man. He was speedy and pleasant as well as quickly accomodating as Matthew. I could not have asked for better service nor personalities. Outstanding.
