I am soooo glad that I went with Knife and Fork Catering for my mother's Celebration of Life! Mark is an excellent Chef, highly organized and responsive, all with being a very easy person to work with and having a wonderful sense of humor. Mark was amazing from beginning to end. He was great at communicating with us and responded quickly to any questions we had. He was pretty much my wedding planner for my wedding reception. We had many hiccups along the way with the venue and planning a wedding from so far away. Mark handled everything with ease and skill, all while keeping me calm.
