Mark was amazing from beginning to end. He was great at communicating with us and responded quickly to any questions we had. He was pretty much my wedding planner for my wedding reception. We had many hiccups along the way with the venue and planning a wedding from so far away. Mark handled everything with ease and skill, all while keeping me calm. He went above and beyond to make sure our reception was breathtaking, and that the food was delicious.

We had the pleasure of having Mark serve food at our wedding, and we couldn't be happier with the experience. The Chicken Marsala, vegetable medley, and whipped potatoes were an absolute hit, leaving all our guests raving about the delicious dishes.

I am soooo glad that I went with Knife and Fork Catering for my mother's Celebration of Life! Mark is an excellent Chef, highly organized and responsive, all with being a very easy person to work with and having a wonderful sense of humor. From the 1st step all the way through the end of the celebration, he made it extremely easy for me to choose what exactly I wanted for the catering, linens, decorations and flowers.
