The way it is physically impossible to get a real person on the phone is infuriating. It would be so much faster to solve the issue if I could speak to someone that actually works there. Or make it to where I can actually type a message when ordering through door dash. I’m sad. All I wanted was to politely ask for extra fajita veggies and lettuce because there was not an option to do so online. Sad.
I'm not sure who the district manager or manager of the Fayetteville locations is but this place has gone downhill the last few years. It's almost a guarantee every time I go there they will be out of something. Last night I went there during peak dinner hours and they were out of every protein except chicken and had no black beans or fajita veggies. So I left and took my business elsewhere. Whoever is ordering the ingredients or whatever y'all's kitchen process is needs refinement...read full review

The food was good and the server was nice. It was my first time there so I wanted to take a minute to look over the menu but they move kinda fast. I'll definitely go back though. FYI..The parking lot sucks because it's busy and small.
