Chipotle Mexican Grill in Fayetteville

“Chipotle is one of my favorite restaurants and I especially love to get their burritos. Tho only thing I don’t like is that you have to be lucky about what person you get serving you because the portions vary by person serving and I have gone where I get smaller portions to where some days I get decent sizes.“

“This was my second time using the Chipotlane and my first time dining inside. Unfortunately, both Chipotlane visits had issues. One order didn’t include any utensils, and the most recent one was missing fajita veggies, lettuce, and corn, making it feel like I got the leftovers from the last batch. As someone who eats at Chipotle regularly, I’ve also noticed that the portions at this location are noticeably smaller than at the other two nearby, which makes it seem like it’s worth driving a bit farther until this location improves.

That said, the staff have always been friendly and courteous. I just hope the order accuracy and portion consistency improve, because the customer service has been great.

I rate this a 5 because of the costumer service but definitely warrants a need for improvement on the food portion maybe bring some others to assist and bring them up to the other locations standards“

“I just had the most well wrapped burrito from this establishment and while they were having issues with their PoS service instead of having me wait until it came online they accommodated for me in other ways to make sure I was not inconvenienced. This store is the best chipotle in NWA hands down.“
