It must be mostly students working here because the customer service leaves much to be desired.
I go here for breakfast often when school is in session. The place is wonderful to study in. The environment is busy, but at the same time makes you feel productive.
I recommend the blueberry bagel, ham and cheese croissant, blueberry danish, and the London Fog.

Only had coffee there, but I had a few and they were very tasty. Plenty of seating. A few snacks options. Credit card only.
